The coaching services I offer is stress management for stressed and overwhelmed women, to help her go from tense to calm; by helping her manage stress, so she can live a more relaxed life.
I work with individuals and with small groups. By learning stress reduction strategies, stress management techniques and relaxation techniques; you will develop stress management skills to help you effectively reduce and manage stress in healthy ways.
The 3A’s Coaching Process
In order to properly manage stress a specific 3-stage process needs to be followed:
- Awareness
- Action
- Accountability
Awareness– You must become aware of your stress, become aware of what is causing your stress, be aware of your feelings regarding the stress and be aware of how stress is affecting your emotions, mind and body.
Action– Once you are aware of how stress is affecting you; you must take action by managing it and/or by avoiding stressful situations in the first place.
Accountability– You are responsible for your own health and must stay accountable to your stress management goals. I will also be there as an accountability partner, but ultimately the final decision to manage your stress and how you do it, is up to you.
Awareness leads to action, Action leads to accountability, Accountability leads to Success.
The Mission
You will learn how to identify and work through factors that may be causing you stress; so you can show up strong in stressful situations. During the sessions, you will:
- Learn strategies and techniques to manage stress
- Develop a personalized stress management plan
- Be able to relax more
- Gain self-awareness of your stress triggers, so you can avoid them
Coaching Services:
Email Coaching ($300)
This is coaching through email only for (60 days) two months. This form of coaching is best for clients that have very limited availability and those that have a hard time expressing their situation verbally.
Coaching by the Session ($95/session)
This is a one-time 60-minute coaching session. It is for clients that need flexibility or for those that are not ready to commit to a long-term coaching program. It is a pay as you go option.
Group Coaching ($360/person)
This is coaching in a group setting. It is a 6-week program, the sessions are 90 minutes. Groups consist of 2 -6 people. The group sessions will be conducted by conference calls.
Coaching Programs:
Tense to Calm- Standard ($765)
Learn how to manage your stress in this 9-week private (1-on-1) coaching program. Each session will be 90-minutes, with 3 sessions each month.
Tense to Calm- Premium ($1200)
Learn how to manage your stress in this 12-week private (1-on-1) coaching program. Each session will be 90-minutes, with 3 sessions each month.
*All coaching services consist of assessments, assignments and email or text support.
