The coaching services I offer is stress management for stressed and overwhelmed women, to help her go from tense to calm; by helping her manage stress, so she can live a more relaxed life.

I work with individuals and with small groups. By learning stress reduction strategies, stress management techniques and relaxation techniques; you will develop stress management skills to help you effectively reduce and manage stress in healthy ways.

The 3A’s Coaching Process

In order to properly manage stress a specific 3-stage process needs to be followed:

  • Awareness
  • Action
  • Accountability

Awareness– You must become aware of your stress, become aware of what is causing your stress, be aware of your feelings regarding the stress and be aware of how stress is affecting your emotions, mind and body.

Action– Once you are aware of how stress is affecting you; you must take action by managing it and/or by avoiding stressful situations in the first place.

Accountability– You are responsible for your own health and must stay accountable to your stress management goals. I will also be there as an accountability partner, but ultimately the final decision to manage your stress and how you do it, is up to you.

Awareness leads to action, Action leads to accountability, Accountability leads to Success.

The Mission

You will learn how to identify and work through factors that may be causing you stress; so you can show up strong in stressful situations. During the sessions, you will:

  1. Gain self-awareness of your stress triggers
  2. Learn strategies and techniques to manage stress
  3. Develop a personalized stress management plan
  4. Be able to relax more

Coaching Programs:

Email Coaching ($280)

This is coaching through email only, for 4 weeks on the weekday (no weekends and no holidays). This form of coaching is best for clients that have very limited availability, don’t want to do video calls and those that have a hard time expressing their situation verbally. There will be weekly check-ins, and 2-4 email exchanges per week. Response time will be within 24-48 hours. This is flexible coaching and coaching on your time.

Group Coaching ($420/person)

This is coaching in a group setting consisting of 3-12 people. It is a 6-week program, we will meet once a week. The sessions run from 60- 90 minutes. The group sessions will be conducted by conference calls (video conferencing by request). All participants must pay in full before the 1st session.

Tense to Calm ($1,575)

Learn how to manage your stress in this 9-week private (1-on-1) coaching program. Each session will run 60-90-minutes, once a week. There will be a break after every 3rd session so you can take in all the information and to implement your stress management plan.

*All coaching services consist of assessments, assignments and email support.
